You are permitted to download plans from the library for personal study and reference. If you are a student examining how a floor plan is annotated, how a landscape layout is structured, or how a site plan shows setbacks and access, you may download and study those files freely.
You are permitted to use downloaded plans as a starting point for your own learning exercises, your academic coursework, or your personal understanding of how Nigerian development plans are drawn and formatted.
You are not permitted to submit a plan downloaded from our library directly to a local planning authority, a building approval committee, or any regulatory body as an original plan for your property. Plans prepared for general reference are not prepared to the specific dimensions, boundary conditions, or regulatory requirements of your individual plot.
You are not permitted to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publish plans from our library on any other platform, website, social media page, or printed material without written permission from MassodihPlans. You are not permitted to remove watermarks, authorship credits, or annotations from any plan downloaded from this platform and present the work as your own original drawing.
The tutorials inside Plan School are written educational content produced by the MassodihPlans team. They are free to read, follow, and learn from. Here is how they may and may not be used.
You may read, follow, and apply the techniques taught in Plan School tutorials to develop your own original drawings. The knowledge belongs to you once you have learned it.
You may share links to Plan School tutorials with other students, colleagues, or anyone who would benefit from the content. Sharing our URL is always welcome.

MassodihPlans provides professional built environment services including architectural design plans, landscape design plans, site and survey plans, and urban and regional planning documents. If you engage us for a professional service, the following terms govern that relationship.
All professional service engagements begin with a written brief submitted through our contact page or by email. We will not commence any work until we have received a clear project brief and both parties have agreed on the scope, timeline, and fee in writing.
Payment terms will be communicated clearly before work begins. MassodihPlans reserves the right to request a deposit before commencing any professional service engagement. The deposit amount will be agreed upon as part of the written project brief confirmation.
All professional plans and documents produced by MassodihPlans for a commissioned project are prepared to the specifications provided in the agreed brief. If a client requires revisions beyond the agreed scope, additional fees may apply. This will always be communicated clearly before any additional work is undertaken.
Professional plans delivered to a client are prepared for that client’s specific project and may not be resold, redistributed, or submitted by the client for another property or project without written consent from MassodihPlans.
MassodihPlans cannot guarantee approval of any submitted plan by a regulatory authority, local government, or planning board. Plan approval depends on factors outside our control, including local regulations, authority discretion, and site conditions. Our responsibility is to prepare plans that meet professional and regulatory standards to the best of our knowledge and expertise.
