Who We Are and What We Do at MassodihPlans
MassodihPlans is a Nigerian physical development plans resource platform built by built environment professionals. We publish step-by-step teaching content that covers how to draw architectural design plans, landscape design plans, survey plans, and urban and regional planning drawings. Our content is practical. We do not teach theory without showing you what the output looks like on paper and on screen. All of this learning material lives inside our Plan School, which is the dedicated teaching section of this platform where students and beginners can follow structured drawing tutorials from the ground up.
Beyond the teaching content, we run a free plans library. You can visit our plans library and download ready-made plans for small residential plots, commercial layouts, landscape planting schemes, site plans, and more. These are not random templates. They are plans prepared by trained professionals with hands-on experience in Nigerian plot sizes, setback regulations, and local authority requirements.

Our Professional Services for Built Environment Needs
MassodihPlans is not only a teaching and resource platform. We provide professional services across the full range of physical development plan types in Nigeria. If you have a real project that needs a real plan, here is what we can produce for you.
Architectural design plans for residential buildings on small plots: These include floor plans, elevations, sections, and roof plans drawn to Nigerian building standards. We work with both single-storey and multi-storey designs and understand how to maximise usable space on tight urban plots.
Landscape design plans: These include planting layout plans, hard landscape layout plans, irrigation schematics, and landscape sections for both private residential gardens and commercial outdoor spaces.
Site and survey plans: We produce site layout plans showing plot boundaries, setbacks, access routes, and building footprints. These are useful for development applications, feasibility studies, and statutory approvals at the local government or state planning board level.

A Note for Students Who Are Just Getting Started
If you are a student in Nigeria studying any of the built environment disciplines and you found MassodihPlans through a search for how to draw an architectural plan, a landscape layout, a survey plan, or any other physical development drawing, welcome. You are at the right place.
The tutorials inside our Plan School are structured for students at different levels. Whether you are in your first year and you have never held a drawing instrument in your hand before, or you are finishing your final year project and you need to understand how to produce a professional-grade statutory plan, there is something in there for you.

We built MassodihPlans because built environment education in Nigeria is not always practical enough. There are too many students who can answer examination questions about physical planning but cannot sit down and produce a clean, accurate site plan. A Note for Property Owners and Developers
If you own a small residential plot in Nigeria and you are ready to start building, the first step is not to call a contractor. The first step is to get the right plans. A building that goes up without proper architectural drawings and a statutory site plan is a building that sits outside the law and outside the boundary of what your local planning authority can approve.
