Our Free Plans Library

MassodihPlans provides selected plans and drawings through its free plans library for educational and reference purposes.

Unless a particular download page states different terms, a plan obtained from the free plans library may be downloaded and studied for personal learning and reference.

You may use the plan to understand concepts such as:

Room arrangement
Dimensions
Setbacks
Access
Circulation
Drawing annotation
Site organisation
Basic planning principles

However, a general downloadable plan should not automatically be treated as a plan prepared specifically for your property.

You may not:

Submit a MassodihPlans free plan directly to a planning authority as though it were an original plan prepared specifically for your property.
Claim authorship of a MassodihPlans plan.
Remove MassodihPlans identification from a plan.
Resell the plan.
Upload the plan to another website or platform.
Include the plan in a commercial plan collection without permission.
Redistribute the original file to other people or organisations for commercial purposes.

A site-specific professional drawing may require different dimensions, setbacks, access arrangements, orientation, site conditions, planning requirements, structural considerations, or approval requirements.

Plan School Content

The educational materials published in Plan School are intended to help students, property owners, and built-environment professionals understand planning, drawing, design, and development concepts.

You may read and learn from these materials and apply the knowledge to create your own original work.

You may not reproduce the tutorials, drawings, diagrams, or other original educational materials substantially in another publication without permission.

Sharing the original MassodihPlans URL is encouraged.

Images, Drawings, and Diagrams

Our original images, technical drawings, annotated plans, diagrams, illustrations, and other visual materials are protected by copyright.
